What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for all orders
What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. RDJ, LLC is not associated with these fees.
All International orders that do not include free shipping will be sent International Mail for a flat fee of $15.00. Any taxes / duties due upon International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All prices and charges on the site are in US dollars.
Due to extended processing time, international orders can take up to 2 - 3 weeks to arrive.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. To track your order, visit the My Account section on www.stephaniebijoux.com, login, and refer to your recent orders.
Can I return my jewelry?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization number.
How do I order wholesale?
We are currently not accepting any wholesale orders. However, if you are interested in carrying our collection at your store please send us an email to schedule an interview
